Book Announcement — THESE MONSTROUS GODS

Hello Readers,

I am so pleased to announce the launch of my next fantasy series, starting with These Monstrous Gods, in January 2024. It’s a story inspired by Imperial Russia, about two sisters who risk forbidden magic to end the brutal reign of a royal family possessed by destructive gods. I have wanted to write a fantasy inspired by my family’s heritage from Russia/Ukraine for so long, and between writing and research, this one took me about five years.

 

It’s not YA. As those following my social media have noticed, I’ve discussed moving away from YA and into adult books. The characters in These Monstrous Gods are all at least 30, so they’re not teens. I don’t have any YA books currently under contract or in development.

 

I’ll share more about this book in the months leading up to release, but for now, I’m so happy that I’ll get to share Galina and Serafima with you.
